Instructions

Warm the sugar-free fruit juice in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring gently and avoiding boiling.
Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice until fully dissolved and smooth.

Refrigerate for about 3 hours until fully set before serving.
Notes
