1 packet sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (optional)
1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)

Instructions
Dissolve the sugar-free gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add cold water and stir well to combine.
For added protein, mix in unflavored protein powder until smooth.
Stir in almond milk and vanilla extract if using for extra creaminess.
Pour the mixture into individual serving molds or a large dish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Serve chilled as a light and satisfying dessert or snack.
