2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix yogurt, melted butter, milk, and egg until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into the muffin liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
