- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or 1/2 tsp camu camu powder
- 1 cup brewed butterfly pea tea or warm water
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Steep the butterfly pea tea or warm water base.
- Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice or camu camu. Stir well.
- Sweeten with honey if desired and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a glass. Enjoy warm or over ice. Sip slowly, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal for best digestive benefits.
Notes
Customize with mint, ginger, or fruit slices for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a vegan option, swap honey for maple syrup. Do not boil—warm water protects the enzymes.
