6 bone-in chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
