Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to the gelatin mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Stir in the brewed coffee and sugar until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, unmold the gelatin or serve directly from the cups.
Top with whipped cream if desired before serving.

Notes

Use freshly brewed coffee for the best flavor, avoid instant if possible.
