Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and orange zest until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
