Ingredients

1/4 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar (optional)

Instructions

Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Add boiling water to the bowl and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
