Ingredients
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Add boiling water to the bowl and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
If using sugar, stir it into the mixture until fully dissolved.
Add vanilla extract or other flavorings if desired.
Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the gelatin.
Gently remove the gelatin from the molds and enjoy.
