Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Add the blanched green beans to the soup mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with French fried onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
