Ingredients
1 packet unflavored gelatin (1/4 ounce)
1 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh fruit or juice for flavor (optional)
Instructions
Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Stir in honey or sugar if using, and mix well until fully incorporated.
Add vanilla extract or other flavorings if desired.
Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, cut into cubes or shapes as desired.
Serve with fresh fruit or juice for added flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
