Ingredients
1 (4-serving) box instant pudding mix (chocolate or vanilla)
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk or 1 ½ cups whole milk
Baking spray (optional, for silicone molds or paper cups)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and evaporated milk for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
If using two flavors, repeat with the second flavor in another bowl.
Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds, alternating flavors if making swirls.
Tap molds gently to remove air bubbles.
Cover molds and insert popsicle sticks, ensuring they’re centered.
Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.
To release, spray molds beforehand or run under warm water briefly to loosen.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use evaporated milk for creamier texture.
Add crushed cookies or chocolate chips before freezing for variation.
Silicone molds make for easier release.
