Ingredients
1 packet sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1/4 tsp stevia (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions
Pour the sugar-free gelatin packet into a large bowl.
Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Mix in 1 cup of cold water and stir well.
Add lemon juice and stevia if desired for extra flavor or sweetness.
Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Serve chilled and enjoy as a guilt-free dessert.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
