1 cup fruit juice (e.g., orange, apple, or grape)
Fresh fruit slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine water and agar powder, stirring well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and mix in the fruit juice.
Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
Allow it to cool slightly before refrigerating for 1-2 hours until set.
Once firm, cut into cubes or shapes and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
