Ingredients
1 package sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creamy texture)

Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
Pour the boiling water into a large bowl and add the sugar-free gelatin packet. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
For a creamy texture, whisk in 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
