Ingredients
1 standard package flavored gelatin (3 oz)
2 cups water (1 cup boiling, 1 cup cold)
1/8 teaspoon finely ground pink Himalayan salt
Optional: fresh fruit pieces or sugar-free sweetener
Instructions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the gelatin powder to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Stir in 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt until fully incorporated.
Add 1 cup cold water and mix well.
Pour mixture into serving molds or a dish.
Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until fully set.
Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fruit or a few pink salt crystals.
Notes
Start with a small amount of salt and adjust to taste.
Works well with sugar-free gelatin to reduce sweetness.
