This protein gelatin recipe is a modern twist on a nostalgic dessert, combining creamy Greek yogurt and refreshing PWR Lift for a high-protein, low-guilt treat that’s perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth while supporting health goals.

  • Total Time: 255
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup cool water
1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 1 tablespoon)
1 (16.9 oz) bottle PWR Lift, flavor of choice
1 (5.3 oz) carton Greek yogurt (any flavor or fat level)
5–10 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit (optional, if using unsweetened yogurt)
Whipped cream or berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

Pour the cool water into a microwave-safe glass bowl and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Microwave the bloomed gelatin for 5 seconds until fully liquified and clear. Heat an additional 3–5 seconds if needed, avoiding overheating.
Add the room-temperature PWR Lift and Greek yogurt to the bowl with the gelatin.
Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Divide the mixture evenly between two serving bowls or glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
Add whipped cream, berries, or other toppings if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

Always bloom gelatin properly to prevent clumps and ensure a smooth texture.
For extra creaminess, use full-fat Greek yogurt and experiment with different PWR Lift flavors.
