Description

A quick, healthy, and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe that delivers a crispy exterior and tender, flaky interior in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
Cook for 8–10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and dill before serving.

Notes

For extra-crispy skin, pat the salmon very dry and add a pinch of cornstarch to the oil.
Cooked salmon stores well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
