Ingredients
1 cup sourdough starter (active or discard)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, and salt.
Add olive oil and mix until the dough comes together.
Gradually add water, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin, round tortilla.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side.
Keep cooked tortillas warm in a towel until ready to serve.
Enjoy fresh or store in an airtight container for later use.
