Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries.
Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
