Ingredients
1 cup strawberry puree
3 tablespoons gelatin powder
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Combine the strawberry puree and honey in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the water and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes.
Heat the bloomed gelatin gently over low heat, stirring until fully dissolved.
Pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the strawberry puree and stir until well combined.
Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Remove the gummies from the molds and serve.
Notes
Avoid using fresh pineapple, kiwi, or papaya as they prevent gelatin from setting.
Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
